The potential earnings for your property will vary depending on several aspects:
- The number of bedrooms and bathrooms;
- Property location and ease of access to beach, cafes and shops
- Quality of the furniture and fittings
- Whether the property is pet friendly
- Property highlights e.g. in ground pool, outdoor BBQ etcetera
- The availability of the property in peak seasons.
An appraisal of your property is necessary to determine its attributes and the potential nightly and weekly rent that can be charged.
Our property managers monitor and coordinate maintenance issues and follow up on guest feedback and complaints.
Cleaning staff report any issues back to the Holidays staff once a guest has checked out so they can be actioned straight away. Properties that are vacant for a period of time are checked by the property managers periodically to ensure they are secure.
All properties are checked by a property management every 3 months to ensure they are secure, there are no internal problems and to comply with the owner’s landlord insurance requirements.
We list the properties on our own website along with all major online booking sites, to ensure that your property is visible to all travellers.
There are several compliance issues that owners need to be aware of:

Our holidays management team will ensure that your property is up to date with the current legislative requirements for any compliance issues, including yearly checks where required, and will keep you informed of any changes to the legislation that may affect your property.
